Welcome to My Personal Page
My Dad's Story
I’m participating in an amazing fundraising event for the Histiocytosis Association and I need your support.
I am a rare disease cancer patient. I have Histiocytic Sarcoma and I am currently being treated by the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. I was initially misdiagnosed in 2019 by the local medical facility and fortunately, with the recommendation of my primary care physician, I was referred to the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. My treatment is still on-going. I have complete trust and faith in Mayo Clinic.
Rare diseases collectively affect an estimated 30 million Americans, yet the vast majority remain under-researched, poorly understood, and difficult to diagnose. With over 7,000 known rare diseases, millions of patients endure years of uncertainty, misdiagnosis, and limited treatment options. The current medical system, despite its advancements, lacks the resources and infrastructure necessary to address the unique challenges posed by these conditions.
My cancer has no cure and its by God’s Grace I am still here, asking for your prayers and support through your donations. I am blessed, this cancer has given an opportunity to live out my divine purpose and I will continue fighting for those patients, caregivers, and parents dealing with rare diseases.
My hero’s; my Family and all caregivers, and this group; Allie (35), Lorraine (54), David (65), and Luke (16) all whom lost their battle. Other than myself, remaining is Dee Marie and Joanny who are still fighting the fight!

Together we can make a difference.
Thank you for your support!
Sincerely,
Henry (Hank) Heren
